Brite Photo Contest

Ok. So I'm a little behind on blogging. I recently won second place in a photo contest sponsored by the Brite Divinity School. The guest speaker was a woman from Yale who addressed reconnecting people with the environment from a religious standpoint. Or at least that's what I think she talked about... I didn't stay for the lecture. I ate my free dinner and scooted out early. Oops! Here is the photo I submitted, although I'm sure you've seen it on my website.

3Day Race for the Cure!

Liz and I went out to support Mal in the Komen Race for the Cure. She and 8 other team members walked in honor of Mal's mom, Donna. We are so proud of you Mal!

Study Abroad Contest.

I entered 3 photos in the TCU Study Abroad Contest. There were 5 categories and you had to write a little paragraph about how your photo reflected one of those concepts...

Scarf Maker was awarded first place in the "Flexibility" category.

The Dunes placed second in the "A New Person" category.

El Torro won third place in the "Understanding Country" category.
